Yoga Therapy: Myofascial Release
This workshop will explain the important role that fascia plays in the body in relation to movement. We will discuss common problem areas and what can cause tightness, pain and loss of mobility throughout the muscles. Afterwards, you will learn techniques using props such as tennis balls and yoga blocks to release tension in feet, hips, and shoulders, and promote over health and wellness to the fascia

Tribal Dancing
Join Devin as we move your yoga practice from the mat onto the dance floor. This fusion based class will combine elements of yoga and dance as you explore creativity through movement and energy flow. Using music and movements from all across the world, this class will make you feel energized.

Yoga Bootcamp
This signature class is a fun mix of strength training, yoga postures, cardio and core to give you the best of both the fitness and yoga worlds. Yoga or fitness experience is a plus as this is a faster paced class created to make you sweat.

Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga, focused on the heart center anahata, we will play with posture, breath, and application of the voice, and how these all interlink. Our hearts tend to be open, yet we are not completely in tune with some of their energies. This class will be for all levels, and will leave you feeling lighter!

Yin Yoga
This class is slower paced and focuses on relaxation, breathing and stretching to target the deep tissues of the body, ligaments, connective tissues, and fascia. Using provided props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps, you will comfortably hold stretches for longer periods of time, allowing the body to sink deeper into the pose resulting in greater flexibility. and a release of deeply held tensions.

Aerial Yoga
Aerial Yoga is a fairly new practice that modifies traditional yoga poses using the aerial hammock apparatus to encourage deeper stretching, lengthening and strengthening. Allow gravity to assist in playful, creative and fluid movements, there is no experience necessary to join.

Paddleboard Yoga
This fun and unique class is for everyone, from beginners to well practiced yogis alike. All poses will be practiced on a Paddleboard anchored in the Arkansas river with detailed instructions and modifications to help keep you dry! Come expecting a bit of a challenge to your balance and focus, but also a great time all around. Some yogis choose to bring a spare set of clothes just in case!

Mula Meditation
Step into tranquility and explore the transformative power of meditation with Melanie Samo of Mūla Rising, during the Yoga Fest. In this immersive experience, you'll embark on a journey to cultivate inner balance and alleviate stress. Through gentle guidance and mindful practices, Melanie will lead you in regulating your nervous system and deepening your connection to the breath, allowing you to tap into a profound sense of calm and centeredness that transcends the hustle and bustle of daily life. Whether you're new to meditation or have been practicing for years, this session offers a supportive and welcoming space for all. Breathwork
Explore the power of your own breath in this 45 minute class. You'll be guided in a conscious connected breath that supports the immune system, releases stress and anxiety, brings clarity, increases creativity, and allows for an opening of the heart and return to yourself. Brooke will explain the breath in detail and support you through the entire process. No experience necessary

Trauma-Informed Slow Flow
We will move mindfully through different options of various grounding postures. Our goal is not to define a variation as right or wrong, but instead to identify which option offers the most relevant benefit to you at that time in order to strengthen intuition, foster empowerment, and grow trust in yourself.

All Levels Vinyasa Flow
This class will offer options for all levels. Starting with an opening meditation and warm-up before a standing flow and finally a series of cool-down poses and savasana.

Flow Odyssey: Yoga Fusion Exploration
Dive into varied styles of yoga (pranayama, hatha, vinyasa, yin, restorative) and positions, some experienced and some not so common, to develop a deeper sense of proprioception and a profound connection with your body’s movement. Through dynamic flows and mindful transitions, you’ll journey through different yoga traditions, seamlessly blending elements to create a unique fusion experience. We aim to inspire curiosity and playfulness as you navigate through each posture.

Vinyasa Flow
This will be a fun, dynamic flow class. It is accessible to all-levels, and we will explore some modifications that might be preferred. However, after warming up and covering the basics of our sequence, we will kick it up a gear and start to move with our breath, discovering a rhythm and witnessing a refreshing flow of prana throughout the body. Don't worry though, we know your day will be filled to the brim with amazing yoga, so we fully intend to take the time to stretch it out and cool down before moving on to your next session.

Soundbath
Sound Bath invites us to unplug from the external world and tune into the inner world through an immersive listening experience. The frequencies and vibrations of the instruments assist in nervous system reset, balancing the chakras, and so much more!

Yoga Philosophy
The foundational principles of Ashtanga Yoga (the eight-limb path) are laid out by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras. In this class, we will discuss and explore the first two limbs of yoga: Yamas and Niyamas. We will explore what they mean, how they can apply to our practice, and how we can transmute them into our daily lives.

Sunflower Flo
Sunflower Flo is an all-levels class that blends the best of Ashtanga, Rocket, Hatha and Vnyasa yoga. We’ll move with the breath through dynamic sequences, find stillness in meditation, and unwind with a relaxing sound bath.

Yoga 4 Posture
This class will go over the most common postural problems that contribute to chronic pain in the lower back, hips, shoulders and neck. Learn what causes it and what you can do about it. During this time we will utilize stretching, strengthening and myofascial release to help realign the body.
